The UK Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel your order for this item by sending us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of receipt. Our own terms and conditions are much more favorable to our customers.
FAULTY ITEMS: REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement (subject to availability).You must notify us of the problem, by post or email, within 30 days starting from the day after the goods are received. You may be asked to return the faulty item for inspection prior to refund or replacement.
RETURNS POLICY.
When you receive this item, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your money in full. You must contact us by email first, before returning the item within 30 days starting from the day after the goods are received. Once we receive the original item a refund subject to the above statement will be given. The buyer is responsible for the cost of safe return of the original item, unless it is defective.
Si por alguna razon usted no esta satisfecho con el articulo que ha recibido, devolveremos el total de su compra. Primero deben contactarme por email y luego devolver el articulo. Para ello dispondran de 30 dias a partir del dia siguiente a recibir las mercancias. Una vez que recibamos el articulo original sera efectuado el reembolso, sujeto a las condiciones descritas arriba. El comprador se hara cargo del coste de la devolucion (en perfectas condiciones) del articulo original, a menos que este tenga defectos.
